I want to plan something nice for my partner, and since we weren't able to book for vday, I have a couple of months to plan for it. However due to the recent fluctuation and exchange rate of the dollar, I want to make every dollar I spend COUNT.

Any travel suggestions? I was thinking Mexico, exchange rate seems pretty good.
