For those that seek more than the usual for their vacations and also expect to learn something new in the process, adventuring sports and the tourism activities normally associated with them are a perfect choice. Nowadays people is seeks new ways to spend their leisure time and at the same time get in contact with nature, other cultures furthermore do some exercise in the process. Adventure sports are just all that and more.

Hawaii’s the best bet for this venture. Since it was a volcano that created Hawaii in the first place, Kilauea’s been fairly active since the early 1980s. In Hawaii’s Volcanoes National Park, travelers can and should visit the Devastation Trail. Named as such because of Kilauae’s Iki’s eruption in 1959 and wiped out that area that used to be a forest. Craters and other volcanic activity that scar these parks are testament of the raw beauty and incomprehensible destructive power these natural beauties hold.

Feeling exotic? Most popular safaris are in Africa, but Australia's gaining in that popularity, too. But let’s start with the place where the oft-quoted “Dr. Livingston, I presume?” line got its genesis: Africa. Kenya & Tanzania are very popular safari getaways.
