hello,
just got back from bulgaria, it was scorching hot.
this is the first time i have been there during the season i normally go off peak, I stayed at my parentsplace in Cusharitsa about 1 mile up the hills from Sunny Beach.
Sunny Beach is so crowded at the moment.
It is getting very over comercialised at the moment, Nesebar is still nice though especially the ruins of the Bytanzian town Mesemberia.
The prices all seem to double during peak season when you eat as well, but you can still get a 3 course meal with drinks for about £4 so you can't really complain.
If you got to sunny beach you must visit Kahns Tent (Kahns Shutra i think it is prounonced), but don't book throught the tour operator take a walk up and make a booking. Tour operators are charging about £70 per person for a small meal and wine, they justify this cost by the great entertainment, but this is free to all guests. 8 of us dined their and the meal was less than £100 with drinks (and we drunk a lot).
If you are thinking of visiting Bulgaria go soon before it becomes the new costa brava.

I actually met with one of the Soccer team i do not know what his name is he was introduced to me as a friend of a friend. He drives a sliver/blue humvey truck if that helps. Most of the team had a meeting at a local hotel on Sunny beach. There where 2 lamboghinis one on Suadi plates, a Porche 911 and a very nice yacht that was anchored a few hundred feet out to sea.
Ahh what a life it would be to be a pro footballer :)
