When going on holidays do you prefer to plan your holidays and book your air, transfers, hotels and such yourself or do you like to book through a charter company that plans the flight, transfers and hotels?

I prefer commercial myself,
I prefer commercial myself, and being an ex travel agent, I am usually quite picky on the phone with the person I am speaking to. I plan things out before I call, and I pester them until they meet my expectations, otherwise they are not worth my time or money. If I was going away for a month long trip to somewhere tropical and remote, then I would think on terms of charter. :)
