There's great Guiness in Ireland too! Is there much to do in Ireland other than sightseeing/walking? I've had my eye on Dublin for a while as city breaks really appeal to me, but I don't really know much about the rest of Ireland.
What scenery is on offer? I like rolling hills, mountains, lakes and waterfalls, though I'm not sure if any of this fits in with Ireland!
