I wasn't bold enough to try everything on the menu when we visited Paris, though what I did find refreshing was their passion for food. Everything was prepared to perfection and the presentation was consistantly good, even though I did ask for a well done Steak Diane!

Without going for frogs legs or snails, what else on the menu is worth trying? I try and eat what the locals eat when I go away, though sometimes I'm just much happier going for a steak or something tried and tested like pasta.
