I have always wanted to go on a cruise... but all my friends feel that it is something for old people... so i got nobody to go with :(

Well i have never been on one either, does sound like fun....

I have never heard of a young crowded cruise... but sounds damn interesting :)

I had been to a cruise to

I had been to a cruise to Singapore and Pattaya and Bankok long before that tsunami thing. I had booked tickets of Star cruise a month before and found myself sunbathing the very next month atop the roof of the liner. It has a lot of activities for youngsters as well as old people or you can pamper yourself by being lazy ;)

Cruises for young people?
:? :?

Cruises have many many activities on board, ranging from sports to casino... What activities in particular are you looking for in a cruise?

A cruise on the Nile in Egypt is definitely not for the old! Unless they are young at heart! There is so much to see at the various places the boat docks, temples, markets etc. that you will need all the relaxation time you can get to keep your energy up! There is always a good mix of ages and everyone ends up making new friends, even if you go on your own you will make friends the first time you sit down to a meal. Nile cruises are a real favourite with honeymooners.....so romantic!

I wanne make a cruise when I'm seventy years old or something. Now I want to walk through the mountains or do some other sports while I'm still young.

 Too much energy for a cruise?

Cruise in not fo eldersa

It’s a wrong perception that cruise is for elders. There are packages available where you can have cruise plus a safari. This means you can cruise through beautiful islands and go diving into marine gardens and see sharks and manta rays in a same voyage.

Didn't you see that movie about the two guys who go on that boat and they have a lot of fun? But then they get taken over by pirates. So you will have a lot of fun, but you run of the risk of running into pirates. Its a tough decision. Fun... pirates... Fun... but... pirates...

Carnival Cruises in the Caribbean are the ones for younger people.

how about a cruise to antartica/artic? 8) I would love to go for those one day, when i have the money.

I have never been on a cruise before.Over here, they offer this one day package, where the ship will just stop at the middle of the sea,and it will go back to the port the next day. It's usually for those who want to gamble at the casino.

Antartica? Isn't that really cold? If I went on a cruise I would want it to be hot hot hot.

Reallybites

The only one I know of is Orient Cruises that have an Antarctic cruise.
Know what you mean sounds very appealing.

Cruises aren't for the elderly! We're going on a disney cruise this winter as our family Christmas present, and we're taking our 2 year old with us. I can't think of a better way to spend a couple weeks than with my wife and daughter hanging out on the boat, making fun of some sap in a mickey mouse costume.

You don't need to be old to cruise.
I went on my first cruise at 17. it was around the carrabiean (sorry i can't spell) We went to the San blas islands, Costa rica, Panamar canal and some other places, it was great and i would recomened it to any young people. When the ship was at sea in the evenings i just went to the gym or watched the entertainment, that was pretty good.
When i was 19 i went on a nile cruise, i would highly recomened it, it is a great way to see all the temples in a short space of time, just be carfull of the soup i think it was being made with nile water
mark.

 we better be careful of anything to do with nile soup then

Nickberry - that is awesome! I am dying to do a disney cruise with my family. I want to wait until the baby is 3 so we can put her in the childcare centers. I think three is the minimum age for that.

I am late 20's and I see a lot of cruise lines for people my age and younger. I rarely, if ever, see a cruise line that is family oriented besides Disney.
