How to deal with carwash name?
I still believe that the name is very important (nice research about checking infringement- Mystique). Could you imagine a car wash named Ben Dover's Car-Wash? After all looking for help with a name was indeed my query.
Sign placement and design is also a very important aspect to consider. However one must first have a good location for your car wash systems i.e. car wash equipment or car washing machine, high traffic, easy access, and preferably more that automatic car wash for one to enter/exit from. The less congested a car-wash is the more user friendly and enticing it is to possible users.
Case in point about marketing your business; if you ask anyone (newspaper, radio, TV or other marketing salesmen/specialist) what the single best form of advertising is and they don't tell you, "That your sign in front of your business is" Then they don't really know what the best form of marketing is. (Even though I feel these are some great avenues of advertising to consider especially Radio as that can reach potential customers while they're in their vehicles possibly even close to your location).
So again I urge you to pick a name that can be put on a sign and grab someone's attention. Then invite people to your place through marketing. You’ll be money ahead!!

There are a few things you might want to consider when picking out a name;
1) Pick a name that's easily marketed i.e. easy to remember, shows some personality, individuality, & something that represents Clean.
2) A name that can easily have a matching picture or logo.
3) Is there a chance you could have more than one car wash? Say maybe a chain of washes. This would make using the generic location based names less viable unless you were planning on only expanding in a certain area, region or state. i.e. Toledo Wash-N-Go..,Great Plains Washing Rains, New Jersey Wash-n-a-Hurry ect.
4)And always remember not to discount the use of Marketing and what effect the name you choose will have. So which ever name you use be sure and advertise because having a business without advertising is like "Winking at a beautiful woman in the Dark!! You know what your intentions are but nobody else Does!
