This is a good question for those avid hikers or walkers.
What types of shoes do you recommend for those who like to do some light hiking? I like to hike about once every two weeks, mostly in the summer. I plan on starting up again here in a couple weeks, and I'm in desperate need of some sturdy hiking shoes. Any recommendations?
I can only go from the experience of my husband and MIL (who used to run overseas care of the company). Five10 (or 5Ten) makes a ton of hiking shoes available. Once in awhile when I have yard work to do (carry heavy brush back through our yard, or out with the dog) I will steal a pair of his shoes b/c they are more comfortable than most regular tennies. I suggest checking their site (unless you can find a local store near you to go see). :)
