Santa's Workshop North Pole, Colorado

This is great for the whole family, the kids can meet Santa (in the North Pole), they have magic shows & small village shops so you can pick up some gifts for those stuffing stockers! Find their site on line and check out their coupon deals too. :)

That sounds like a really

That sounds like a really nice park for children. Is it year-round, or only open around Christmas time? I wish that they had more parks like this around!

Its kind of both, they have

Its kind of both, they have certain days during they week they close (for maintenance, etc.) and are open around the Christmas time (not Christmas Day though). Here is the link for their seasonal dates.

I think it would be even

I think it would be even more fun to take my SO's grand father, make him sit on Santa's lap and have a picture taken, but thats just me. This seems like a good place for a family quickie get-away, and for as many children as this family has, a blow out weekend too. :) Thanks for the heads up!
