Birmingham, rather than
Birmingham, rather than Manchester, is England's second city. Visiting there-well I personally don't think there is a whole lot to do vacation wise but then I lived 15 miles from it most of my life and got sick of the place.
There are museums, galleries, and many historic buildings to see.
