I see beer tours are more and more popular.
I spent a week in Poland and I was looking for an untypical day. I found www.beertrip.eu on internet and I asked for a day with beer. It was fantastic and cheap. I could see how beer is produced in modern breweries as Tyskie or Zywiec, taste beer, see microbreweries and other nice places. Tours like that have been available for many years in places like the Guinness brewery in Dublin, St Georges gate. Also Bass, in Burton, the Midlands has public facilities available I think.
It's nice to be able to see how they make what ends up in your bottle.
