Acutally, I got a gift voucher of Arhmas Resort & Spa to have a free three night stay in this hotel with breakfast in 2007's annual Dinner of my company.
Unfortunately, I only got holiday in May 2008, so I plan to go to Phuket for leisure.
and I send a Email to ask the Representative in Hong Kong (I live in HK) wheathercan still us e the voucher or not. At first, he said no problem, we can also accept the voucher even the hotel name has changed.
But finally, after reconfirmed with the hotel manager, said something that the property owner has been changed, so they can't accept the voucher, just can provide a special price for you to make reservation only. Just before I receive this email and tols me that I got a Email and said that they are glad to make a reservation for you (before this I have already email the copy of the voucher to them). I was so disappointed, I don't know where to stay in Phuket right now. AM I need to cancell my trip?
