Most of the architectural designs of Roman buildings were inspired by the ancient Romans and their famous inlays in education, infrastructure and culture. This is proof in the Castle Sant’ Angelo in Rome. Constructed for the mausoleum for the Emperor Hadrian, this circular building is accessed via Benini’s Port Sant’ Angelo bridge. The now converted museum is—was—converted into a papal fortress in the 6th century and is linked to the Vatican by underground passages.

Hawaii’s the best bet for this venture. Since it was a volcano that created Hawaii in the first place, Kilauea’s been fairly active since the early 1980s. In Hawaii’s Volcanoes National Park, travelers can and should visit the Devastation Trail. Named as such because of Kilauae’s Iki’s eruption in 1959 and wiped out that area that used to be a forest. Craters and other volcanic activity that scar these parks are testament of the raw beauty and incomprehensible destructive power these natural beauties hold.

I’ve been a nut for castles since I was small. Prague’s Prague Castle and its 9th century genesis shows on its face and architecture and easily can be seen as a fantasy castle. The last time a renovation took place on that castle edifice was in the 18th century and since then, the looks haven’t changed much since then. It was the center of power for centuries and home to the spiritual role and rule of the Czech Republic for as many centuries. It saw kings like Charles IV and King Vladislav Jagiello and hasn’t had them since the 16th century.

Don’t break the Sphinx’s nose. Kidding. Sorry. On a lighter note, travel lightly. Egypt lies on the continent of Africa and not too far from Israel and Jordan—and it gets incredibly hot. Your best wear should be the lightest summer clothes you have, but please keep in mind to have your dress as modest as you know, as many in that region are of Muslim and Buddhist tradition. Three quarter sleeves, tee shirts and gauzy blouses, khaki and loose, light colored capris and walking shorts and sandals are acceptable fashion.

Apart from seeing the Taj Mahal or the Himalayas first, and if taking in the Temple of 30,000 rats isn’t tops on the list, India has some breathtaking scenes to take part in. One of these is Goa traveling. They have coconut groves, ferry rides and gorgeous beaches along their 80 miles long coastline and some of these pristine scenes served as a backdrop for exotic film and fashion swimsuit photo shoots.
